Future Billing

I have just agreed to upgrade to Q from HD and have received a different amount for future billing from 2 different sources

According to Priority customers - I will be paying

Signature £22.00
Sports £18.00

According to notifications

Signature £20.00
Sports £18.00

ie Different discounts

Why is this ?

The email confirmation is usually correct as it is sent out automatically when offers are applied.

Perhaps the agent made a mistake? I don't think I'd be calling back and discussing or querying it if the discount offered is better than that over the phone as it looks like you are getting an additional £2 off.

Thanks

Re: Future Billing

@Lisa-P1987

I checked with Priority and they have confirmed Signature has an extra £2 off making it £20....

It appears random how much you are charged - not very professional !

I'm sure they can charge you £2 more if you ask nicely.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here. Is this about the forthcoming price increase on April 1st?

Stopping payments is the worse way to sort out any issues, but feel free to do so as Sky won't do anything other than restrict your services and chase you for non payment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
