Cinema discount charge £3

I want to add sky sports but there is a £3 charge for cinema discount

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, if you don't want Sky Cinema and can't add it online then call Sky and ask them to add Sky Sports only for you.

No I am happy to keep sky cinema - but when I select to add sky sports for £20 extra it adds an extra £3 for sky cinema discount .. makes no sense.. can I add a photo here of my checkout screenshot? Not read the rules throughly!

Most likely because Sky sometimes don't allow two discount offers at the same time. So when you add Sky Sport at a discount, it cancels the discount you currently have on Sky Cinema.

Have you tried calling Sky directly to discuss? Despite some ranting opinions, I find those I have spoken to at Sky very helpful in helping me resolve my queries.
