Fury Usyk fight

I have made a payment of £24.95 into my account to pay for the Fury Usyk fight tonight, just to be told that my account has reached its credit limit. Despite having made no other payments  than the monthly subscription. Is this because the payment will take days to process before it is in my account? Surely Sky is expecting a large volume of customers looking to buy the fight tonight, and like myself are for some reason being told we can't.

It is a bit of a misleading message so if you haven't already you will need to get in touch with Sky about as they should be able you with this.
