I was offered free sky sports subscription over the phone. The free offer ends at the end of June but want to cancel now as I have absolutely no trust in sky to start charging me. How do I cancel. I have trawled through the APP and cannot find how to do this. I have searched for a sky phone number but seems Sky don't like to talk unless they are trying to get more money out of you so they don't publish a number or I cannot find one?
Please help!!

Re: Free sky sports subscription offer.
You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
If not you need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Through the chat or phone, be aware that if it's free for 2 months then cancelling now will turn it off at the end of the first month, not the second. Sometimes they cancel it immediately. If you do want the full 2 months then contact them at the start of the second month.

Re: Free sky sports subscription offer.
Thanks everyone. Just managed to talk to them and cancelled. They told me that I have the free subscription until the end of June. I then asked when is the last date to cancel before getting charged. They told me if I don't cancel in the first week I would be charged the full price in July. When they contacted me by phone with this offer they alluded to tell me this. How convenient. Even on the phone they continued to inform me that the offer was until the end of June so no need to cancel now?? Unbeleivable.

Yeah, that's nonsense they've given you there. It's 31 days notice whether it's a free month or two months, my future bills show a pro-rata charge for the June bill for the few days of overlap and then full price in July. The agent I had a chat with said there'll be an email or text at the end of the first month giving me option to opt in or out of a 6 month £20 deal which is presumably why it's showing full price right now for July. I intend to contact them at the end of the first month and fully expect it to turn off at the end of the second month (more or less as 31 days notice comes into it).
