I got an email from sky as I am a VIP clearly stating sky cinema free for 4 weeks then £6 for 3 months. I pressed the start trial on the email and it took through to my account and I accepted. I then just double checked my bill to make sure it was applied correctly but I have been charged £10 a month and also now in a 18th contract. Called sky today and was put through to India call centre which drives me up the wall and after about 3 attempts explaining what had happened he said he didn't know about the offer. Was unable to send him the email of the offer and no manager available to take my issue higher !! Managed to get it off my bill with no charges but this sort of issue really bothers me with sky, I would like a manager based in the Uk to contact me about this situation. Other members be aware of this scam offer... check your bills..

Sometimes when taking use offers like this it does enter you into a new contract which is why you need to read the terms and conditions.
