Can't pay my bills

Hi there, I am wondering whether I could get help in reducing my broadband bill as I'm finding it quite hard to pay as I'm struggling financially. Plus I have been a loyal customer for 13 years.

Hi @Nazreenbashir 

If you have fallen behind on your Sky bill and your services have been restricted then you'd need to pay the outstanding balance before Sky will talk to you.


If you havent yet fallen behind but think you may not be able to pay the next bill you'll need to call Sky and speak to the billing department to see if you can arrange something with them.


If you just feel your bill is too high then you should call Sky's loyalty or retentions department to see if they can offer you a contract discount.
