has anyone had a similar issue
i I got a phone call about 10 days ago offering me free movies and paramount for same price I was currently paying, with no change to contract length.
They said it wouldn't cost me anymore, in fact when the lady ran through my package I agreed to lose ultra hd as I very really use it, so it should have come down.
I have
Sky Signature, Ultimate TV Add on, Sky Sports Complete including Sky Sports+, Sky Sports HD, Sky HD, Multiscreen, Ultra HD for £71.33
so now with the above less ultra hd and with movies and paramount
seems it's not less
its about £5 more first month then settling at about £2 a month in November
is this common for sky to miss lead customers
