We won some legoland tickets through VIP, we've gome to book a date but there are none available! Cut off date is next week and i'm so disappointed as we've already told the children, has anyone else found this or have we done something wrong?

Yes! My mum has had the same thing
She won 4 tickets and we've gone to book today as was waiting on annual leave being approved and can't book ANY date now!
There should be enough for everyone if people have won them.
It's like winning the lottery but saying you can't claim it 😂

I've just done the exact same thing. How can they give away all these tickets and not actually have enough slots for everyone?

This is really not fair , I had to wait to book tickets ... I had an email to say I had won ! ... and now I can't claim even tho I have untill the 28th of the month a bit of a con sky !!

Has anyone been able to book this tickets. Sky you give away 4 free tickets and no one can book tickets, so unfair on all the families you have disappointed 😔.

I have had the same issue have tried to contact legoland about it in case more are to be released no reply from them and there is no way to contact Sky about this. Trust gone with both of these companies now. Disgusting way to treat customers. There was no mention of there being limited tickets overall just certain dates, which was fine by me but nothing available at all!

It's very sad for families that have told there children. They are doing discounted tickets at the moment, so I ordered 2 for our family of 6, went to use the 4 free ones and couldn't do it. So have wasted 2 tickets. Sky are a massive disappointment 😞

I've had the same problem, cut off in 3 days and when I'm clicking the link it redirects me and says no packages found..!!! I've also told the children that we're going 😩

I've had an email of sky tonight saying they are going to extend the the offer untill the 31 st but wil email me when this will happen ....

Yes I've also recieved the same email, extending until 31st and they are in contact with legoland to try and resolve the problem 🤞🏼

I haven't had an email from Sky. I had a reply from Legoland stating the limited availability for dates and stating it was Sky's issue. Not liking the change in wording from competition win to offer in the response you have had.

support @skyticketit. com (without the spacing I've had to include).

I am in the same boat.
Foolishly made themistake of telling the kids this morning that we were going.
No dates are showing as available.
As per the most recent post, I have sent an email to support @ skyticketit.com and hopefully they will get back to us with some good news
