Hello.
I'm a sky customer and asking this on behalf of a friend who is not a sky customer.
He has had a card payment from sky, which has cleared his bank account.
He is frantically trying to contact sky but to no avail.
His bank and police have told him to speak with sky before any action can be taken.
Please could someone assist, is there a direct line to the fraud/security department.

You say your friend is not a Sky customer but have they been a customer in the past ?
What is the actual wording against this payment ?

I'm the customer he is not.
My friend tried to use his card earlier and it was declined. He checked his app and his account was cleared because there was a payment to Sky made for almost £200!
His bank and the police have told him he needs to speak to Sky first before they can do anything.
It was definitely sky, the bank confirmed.
He has tried the main number and pressed every option available to be connected to customer services.
I am posting here because there is no other contact number for him to call. It is not a straightforward customer service issue.
I work in securities myself and am trying to assist someone who is absolutely frantic at the moment.

The actual wording is "Sky subscription"

No never, not mobile, not telly, nothing. Not even his partner has sky in any form. They're not really tv people
