Forgotten account details

I'm sure this may be odd to some but I'm the son of one the sky customer and unfortunately as much as they're annoyed with sky for many reasons they seemingly won't tell me their account details so I can sort it for them, then I've found out they never wrote them down so they don't know what it is and that's why they can't tell me leading to me coming here for help

@Jack194  As this is a customer helps customer community we can't tell you either, nor will Sky as you are not the account holder, they will need to speak to Sky themselves if they can't remember any of their account details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The account holder would need to call Sky and after passing the security checks speak to an agent.
