App shows bill is paid but no collection of direct debit.
Hello. Sky App shows me that bill was paid as my direct debit on 7 April,but still I didn't notice collection on my bank account. It's happened first time. What to do in this situation? Regards

Hi @Casper3 Is the payment showing in your pending section of your bank statement.

Hi. No , there's no pending transaction from sky. Normally shows amount as SKY MOBILE every 7th each month. But app shows that direct debit was paid .

@Casper3 don't do anything. Sky shows your bill as paid when they claim payment from your bank. That can be a couple of days or so before your bank account is actually debited.

If it is showing as being paid then your bank account should update within a day or so to show that it has been paid.

It does usually change on your Sky account when the process to take the payment starts and that there are funds are available so you have nothing to worry about over this !
