Fobbed off

I have contacted Sky TV to discuss my packages and billing at least four times since the start of December, during this time I discovered they extended my contract in July without making it clear (now released from dates), I was given a commitment of a revised price in November but it was never applied hence my December calls, I was told we will be in touch but never heard anything, rang back again two weeks later to be told it is being looked into, to give them a few more days, rang back about 10 days later to be told yes we will apply it, check your account in 5/6 working days and it will show in my Sky. To date over six working days later, the revised agreed price still not applied. Zero customer service for a 26 years plus customer. Parting shot from their value team representative'have you considered changing to Sky broadband' Cannot put on here what I said!

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
