Flummoxed. Help. SkY TV

New to the community, asking for an assist.

Just seen my elderly parents Sky Bill & can't make neither head-nor-tails of it:

SKY Q BOX

Sky Signature:   £24.50

Ultimate TV Pack:   £4.50

Sky HD:   £7.00

(although netflix is not listed on the bill,  it is included somehow).

A) I do not understand the difference between

Sky Signature vs Ultimate TV Pack.

I'm asking if anyone can help me with an indepth explanation.

B) I cannot understand why "SKY HD" would not be included in something called the "Ultimate TV Pack".

The Sky Signature package is Skys basic package that gives access to the entertainment channels.

The Ultimate tv one gives access to Netflix so if they don't use it then this can be cancelled by giving 31 days notice.

Not everyone want to have the Ultimate TV pack in HD.
