Final payment

I've gone with another company and they said they will pay the early termination fee but apparently the bill has to show the bill itemized and have my address on it..I've looked on emails and there's no address.do I need to contact sky and have it sent by post? Do I need to ring sky for this?to be honest going with another company has been nothing but trouble and wish I stayed with sky,I only went with another BT cos they grabbed me after coming out of asda. Thanks

Download your bills in PDF format from logging into your account on a web browser.  This is all Sky will provide.

 

btw You have to pay any early termination charges to Sky - other companies cannot do this (they will provide a credit or refund to you).
