Final bill

I've changed providers but still been charged this month. I thought we paid in advance therefore I'm paying for this month but have already cancelled... that can't be right?

Did you actually cancel your Sky services?  (And get confirmation)

 

If you used a switch service then that cannot cancel any Sky TV services you have.

Sky bill are created 14 days before the billing date so billing does continue as normal right up until you leave so if you have now left Sky and the bill has been paid you should see a credit on it for this overpayment that you can contact them about to ask them to refund it to you otherwise you could be waiting a good few weeks for this to happen automatically.
