I've moved from Sky broadband to EE broadband with a £38 termination fee. EE will credit my account for the £38 but they need my final broadband bill wth termination fee on it sent to them by PDF, I'm an old age pensioner and haven't a clue how to do this, can somebody explain please, thanks in advance
It will be in PDF so you then send this in an email to the email address EE have asked you to send it to.
