Final Bill

I terminated my broadband with Sky and moved to Vodafone in October.  The early termination fee has been paid and I am still waiting for the promised email showing payment and detailing that it is payment for early termination so that I can claim switchback credit from Vodafone.  I have checked my account and it shows payment on gthe PDF file but not what it is for.  I have repeatedly asked for a paper copy or email copy but still nothing.  I called Sky who told me a bill would be sent.  What do I have to do to femedy this it really is like pulling teeth.  Diamond Customer obviously mean nada!!

Whatever is shown on the pdf is as good as you will get from Sky I'm afraid as they are known to not put "Early termination charge" on that final bill for whatever reason.

I sent what Sky gave me and thankfully that was enough but zi had to send the original letter showing what my final payment would be. What a palava
