Final Bill Amount

I have recently cancelled All services with Sky. TV, Broadband and Talk. When I spoke to the operator in customer services, he confirmed that my final bill would be around £19/£20 Mark but it has come in over £40's. It looks as though you have not taken Sky Talk off the bill. Please recalculate and send the correct final bill so I can pay immediately. Many thanks Mrs Alexander

As we are customers here who help each other you will need to do as you have done before and phone Sky about this is Sky Talk/Broadband has not been cancelled.

Have you received confirmation from Sky that Sky Broadband/Talk has been cancelled?

AIUI bills cannot be 'updated' - the billing system moves forward only on a monthly cycle.  (Bills are generated 14 days before payment date and will include the month in advance even if this is past your cessation date)

 

So you may have to pay the bill before a credit can be applied, if it's incorrect.  (Withholding payment doesn't usually turn out well)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
