Film charge
I had a message to say to pick a free movie in sky store as had outage of sky in out village and we all got this offer.. a friend of mine had same issue and got money back...

The offer expired at the end of May and was a very select list of films.
If you selected a film outside these terms then it's at Sky's discretion whether to credit. You will have to call them...
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
