Feedback email regarding new sky package

I've received an email to give feedback on my new sky package but I haven't changed my package recently. Has anyone else had this & could it be following the Apri'26 price increase?

I've had a couple in the last two weeks or so regarding different aspects.

Pair of TP-Link Deco BE65's in AP mode used for WiFi access, main Deco hardwired to Max hub
2 Windows desktop PC's hardwired to each Deco, everything else using WiFi

Yes it is addressed hi then uses my first name
