Fed up

I am trying to claim my rwfer a friend voucher

Did everything as instructed on line. Eventually got an email confirming my voucher & if I wanted to claim. Accepted then told the voucher would be emailed to me. It never appeared. There is a note on the bottom of the xlaim email saying if it doesnt arrive to contact Sky. I havw tried various numbers and go round un circles telling me to go to the App. Are there no human beings working at Sky? I need to speak to someonw. Any ideas?

If you're having trouble navigating the call answering bot, try saying nothing when the bot prompts you. Eventually you'll be put through to an (human!) adviser.

You will receive your reward via email, 45 days after your friend or family member's joined Sky and paid their first bill.

 

You could try emailing at referafriend@sky.uk

Daniel,

 

Tried this, I have paid 2 bills so far &  I am well into the 45 days since connection 12th May.

Not getting anywhere with Sky. I thought Virgin was bad but Sky are not my favourite supplier at present.

Yes I have and marvellously I have now received my voucher. I am so exhausted with all this chasing. Now I have to work out where I want to spend it, dont think it can be split -  & then need the qr code to be able to claim. I feel all this is too complicated & Sky probably want you to give up.
