I have been charged for my February bill but my sky tv is not working due to storm Eowyn and my date for an engineer to fix the issue isn't until 25th February! Why am I paying for a service I'm not receiving for the month of February

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBilling doesn't stop if you have an issue as it continues as normal. When your TV service is fixed you can then speak to Sky see if they will add a credit to your account for the number of days you have had no service.
