False promises

Any one else experience billing/poor workmanship issues? Without service for two weeks told would be reflected on my bill it wasn't. Technician left cable hanging off my roof I was told to get up and do it myself or get local tradesman to fix it!! Very disappointing in what is otherwise a good service

Sky engineers don't normally go near a roof. Their H & S policy is very strict. What cable is it?
