Failing Giftcloud Virtual Mastercard - Need Sky Expert Escalation

I received a virtual Mastercard as a sign-up incentive from Sky.The card has a balance but is failing online, and Giftcloud is completely ignoring my tickets.I signed up with Sky on July 2025.

I have called Sky phone support multiple times and keep getting bounced between departments because agents don't understand the issue. Please escalate this post to a Sky Expert.
