FORCED ORDER

I clearly told your agent not to go ahead unless I speak to my partner about it. Why did I get a mail the sky broadband will be delivered to me today? It seems this offer is being forced on me

We're a customer Community, and you've posted in the forum for Sky Yahoo Mail - you're not emailing Sky. I'd suggest giving them a call.
