Extra payment not found
I was told on the 2nd that my direct debit wouldn't work and I'd need to pay it manually so I did that day and jt definitely went through, my direct debit also came out later for another £46 which should have been both my bills. I then got another email saying a bill was u paid and id need to pay it or it would effect my credit score so I paid AGAIN another £30 but sky still marked it as a missed payment and its ruined my credit score. I have paid the bill twice now even with the app messing about for months saying it can't accept my card as a direct debit but still takes it anyway. I was willing to let it go but it has just butchered my credit score even though you have more money from me this month than you should've. Please can this be fixed - I don't even care about the money back I just want the missed payment mark gone
