I have been charged £26 extra for using my sky outside home but as far as I am aware I'm not - how do I find out who is using it or how do I stop someone from using it!!!!

@LisaAM the charge usually applies when a Sky Stream user connects their Puck to a different broadband network than the one it's normally connected to at home.
