Extra £20 charged on January bill?

Why have I been charged an extra £20 this month January 2023? With no notification or explanations!

@Carole+hurley  You're not speaking to Sky Customer services, we are customers like you so can't see your bill.   Have discounts ended?  Did you recently renew? 

 

What do the charges say it's for on you bill?  Have you compared this bill to previous bills to see if it's a discount that has ended?

 

 

At the time you took the discounts you were told how long they last.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
