Extortionate broadband bills

I can get 4 times the speed for half the price with Vodafone, but I have signed up to sky glass recently.

Can I cancel my broadband as had that for ages or is this part of the sky glass package?

I am being ripped off true and proper from sky with such bad download speeds for the price. I should be getting 1gb for that price!

Are you still in a discounted deal or has that finished? If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.

You can either call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

This link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged may also help.

If you want to move to Vodafone then you don't cancel with Sky, you just sign up to Vodafone and they do the rest. Sky Broadband and having it isn't part of a Sky Glass package.

Also worth noting that speed is not in any way proportional to cost: it's largely a factor of available infrastructure.
