Re: Extended contract
@Silvergambit The fact you have no contract now but will be paying the same price you currently are means that Sky are hoping you continue with them. As long as you give the 31 days notice you are free to leave penalty free.
At least that's how I understand it.

Re: Extended contract
@Silvergambit But the bit in black in your first image says there is no contract, so you're going to be paying the same price if you remain for 12 months (I guess the April price rise still applies though) or you can still choose to leave but without penalty.
You can check your contract length in the My Sky app - if Cinema still says Nov 2025 then the earliest you can cancel is 31 October to give the 31 days notice.
If Cinema is showing longer expiry date now then you can cancel when you want.

Re: Extended contract
@Silvergambit You can still leave at the end of November. Sky are hoping you won't, which is why they've given you a deal whereby they've frozen the prices of your other items.
They say it is for 12 months and there is no contract involved, so once you're 31 days away from Cinema contract ending you can ring and leave as you intended.

The alternative would have been for them to let your service(s) move to the normal list cost, which is typically a significant increase from a discounted minimum term.
