Ex husband

I am being chased for payment for non return of equipment.  The account was in my name but payment was always made by my ex husband.  How can I get Sky to rectify this?

@Dinni  If the account is in your name it's your responsibility I'm afraid regardless of who was paying..

 

Are you saying you no longer have the equipment?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As the equipment been returned and if it has did you get and keep proof of posting ?

I left the family home before my husband so no idea what he did with the equipment!

@Dinni  Then unfortunately unless you can prove the equipment was returned you are liable for the charges as the account holder
