Evouchers issue

I have been waiting 9 weeks for two evouchers (£28 and £14) to be dispatched to me. The message says waiting to be dispatched but you can appreciate I have been waiting far too long now so can you tell me why they are not dispatched please. I have spoken to your colleagues numerous times but to no avail. I keep on being transferred from department to department and am quite frustrated.

We are Sky customers here so you are not talking to Sky so can you tell us more about these evouchers, are them from a reward ?
