Error with my order

It says there's been a error with my order please can I have a confirmation if it has been successfull or not

As this is a customer helps customer community @Maisey2004 you will need to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

You won't get that on here because we are customers like you. You will have to ring Sky I'm afraid.
