Error message MYSKY_2999 when trying to upgrade paramount plus
Hi, I'm having problems when trying to upgrade my Paramount plus subscription tier via Sky Shop on my Sky Q box. The above error message keeps appearing. Can anyone help?

If you haven't already you could always call Sky to see if they can upgrade this for you.

Rather confusingly, after getting through to an advisor on customer services I was advised to simply log out of my sky paramount login and then simply log in on a new subscription directly through paramount plus. So that in effect would get me on to the tier I want. Even though that would actually cost me more and I'd lose my viewing history. That can't be right?
