Engineer coming today needs to be before 3pm

I need to make sure the engineer comes today before 3pm as I have children to collect and there are no other good times

@Pontesilva__21  That's simpy not going to happen. if you have a PM appoinment that is anywhere from 1pm to 5pm, you will need to ensure someone is there until the engineer has been, faiulute  to do so will incurr a £25 missed appoinment fee.

 

Sky cannot guarantee a time an engineer will arrive.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

And even if he/she arrives before 3pm they'll need time to carry out the necessary work, whatever that might be. Of course for broadband some or all of the work may be doable remotely.
