Engineer Cancelled with no reason given

For the love of God Sky, get your stuff together! Canceled Engineer with no explanation for Fibre upgrade is just unacceptable, and rude! No new date, nothing. Been with Sky for 27 Years, your customer service is shocking to say the least. Do Better!

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

What have Sky said about this when you've contacted them?

You seem to be under the miscomprehension that you are talking to Sky here when you are not so as the appointment has been cancelled what now shows here for you:

If it was for a fibre upgrade it could be possible that it wasn't Sky who were due to make the visit but OpenReach instead, which could perhaps explain why it was cancelled with no explanation ( as openreach won't give you one, but they should update Sky with the reason). Your best bet may be to call Sky and ask why it was cancelled.
