Ending my SkyQ, BB and phone pack but OH wants similar pack

Hi

We are married but now separated in the same house.

As Sky prices shoot up, I have put in my cancellation notice, due to end around end of month.

As stated above, we live in the same house and can't afford to sell the house and then buy 2

places as we are both pensioners.

Can my wife just take over the payments but it has to be in her name ie keep the package almost as it is.

If so, how many days before the end of the contract does she have to notify Sky. Her English is not great

and I'm not prepared to waste my time on the phone to Sky as it takes a long time to get through

and then speak to a real/relevant person. Our children live/work abroad and our son is due back for a visit in 3 weeks and he will help her out

The name can not be changed on the account but who pays the bills can be as Sky doesn't care who pays the bill as long as it is paid.

The only way around this would be to cancel everything and then your wife would have to sign up as a new customer.
