Ending account whilst still under contract

As a new customer with sky I was told that my penalty charges for ending my contract with my old Internet and tv package supplier would be met by sky and that I should email sky with my old supplier,s charge but what is the email address that I need to send the bill to?

You pay the fees to your old provider first, and then claim from Sky, providing evidence of the fees and your payment. This explains the process: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

@Sutony57

To be clear you must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
