Ended Contract - Still being Invoiced

We cancelled our contract with sky and have received a credit and made final payment.  But have now received email advising we have outstanding bill .  We spent 50 minutes on phone holding to speak to a human but got cut off. We owe nothing and have posted equipment back as requested. How can we get to speak to a human to resolve this.

What do any more future bills show?

 

Billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite normal that another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.
