Cancellation of my subscription

I cancelled my subscription to sky in October 2025, but now have a bill for over £100 for something on-line.  I did not subscribe to anything on line other than my normal Sky television, telephone and broadband.  Why am I still getting billed??

What services did you cancel?

How did you cancel them?

Did Sky acknowledge the cancellations by email?

Have your services actually been cancelled ?

 

Did you return your equipment within 14 days of your last day with Sky ?

 

Where are you seeing this £100 for something online, via your Sky account or a bank account ?
