Email stating I'm owed money

I received an email stating I'm owed money from an old sky account,  but when I called the number it's asking me to confirm details which I can't remember are still correct. For example payment methods etc.

If you want @Jordan3075 we can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team who should be able to help you with this, if you are OK with this to be done they should make contact with you tomorrow morning (you have up to 48 hours to respond) so let us know if you would like this to be arranged for you.

Hi, aplogies just realised after calling the number again it says: "If you would like a cheque sent to the address on file please input account number". Problem being I've now moved address. I logged in to the sky account but there doesn't appear to be anywhere I can check and update my address.

To see if they can help you I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Community Messaging Team should make contact with you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
