Hi
My email address is linked to 2 accounts. One is my dads who I look after and the other is for mine, I have the my sky app but this only for my dads account and I want to be able to log into my account on the app to claim rewards but as I use the same email it doesnt recognise me because I am using the same email address.

You'll need to use a different email address for your own account or your fathers if you want them to be seperate, to update the email address login to the sky account which you'll be updating:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your Sky ID:
