I have not received an email for the compensation for disruption of my Q box from last week. Has anyone else received their email yet?

Even if you haven't received the email have you checked whether the offer is there?

On your Home page go to: Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

Make sure any movie you select is priced at £0.00.
