£12.50 charge??

Does anybody know why I keep being charged 12.50 on top of my phone bill every month? It's always a seperate payment aswell! Can't be late fee as never late paying as it's direct debit

Re: £12.50 charge??

I'm not sure as it doesn't even state that amount on my bill. It's a complete separate payment to my actual phone bill that they've been taking for months

Anything billed by Sky will be itemised.

Are you sure it's being taken by Sky?   (and not some other 3rd party)

Re: £12.50 charge??

It's definitely from sky as it's the same name on my banking sky mobile taken the same day as my normal phone bill would be. I may have to just call them. It's strange because I haven't even got any other plans with them other than my phone so I'm not sure why 2 separate payments are coming out

If you can't suss it then you'll have to call.  Sounds like another account taking the payment?

Go to the my sky app  and check  your  bill on there and you will  see an itemised  bill for past months and this month and the next  couple  of  months  ahead also have you got your  mobile  phone  and sim card from  sky ?

Strange.  As it's DD, can you check from your bank whether you have 1 or 2 DD's active?

On that bill you  have  put up shows a total  of £21.50 for calls and  texts your  mobile  phone  credit agreement  and payment  is not on that bill strange  as if as you say your phone  Is from sky have you  paid  it off or would  that possibly  be  what the £12.50 is for what is  under the part of the bill that you are not  showing  us ?
