Email address for switching credit undeliverable
Hi all. Does anyone have another email address to email Sky and have them pay for the switching credit scheme as the one attached to discussions has come back as undeliverable:

There is no other email address which is switchingcredit@sky.uk as confimed here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

They are also very specific about having
Switch credit request
as the Subject line.

Just to clarify. You have to pay your old provider then Sky reimburse you in the form of a credit on your Sky account.
