Early termination refund

I received £100 credit from sky for switching from VM to sky but I cannot see this credit in my account

We cannot see if either as we're just other customers here...

 

You'll need to call Sky on 150 if it doesn't appear in a few days.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
