Early termination charges

I've had one credit but still waiting for the second one why ?

Please explain a bit more what has happened, so do you mean you have received credit for TV but not broadband early termination charges for example and if so are you new to Sky ?

They have credited the line rental the next day but say the broadband credit will take 3-5 working days

There is no switch credit for line rental and broadband as it is TV and broadband as you can see here:
