Early Termination

I changed provider within the cooling off period. Unfortunately my new provider had an issue with open reach. It turns out sky had placed a duplicate order which was still on the open reach system. No other order could be processed.
When eventually my order was processed I was just outside the cooling off period.

I have now been sent a bill for the remaining contract term. How do i stand with this issue? Do I take it to CISAS or communications ombudsman?

Have you spoken to Sky yet as the charge would be automatic.  They may be able to adjust manually.

If not, you'll have to raise a complaint and follow that process before ADR.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
