Early Termination Contract - Last Payment!

Hello, 

I am a recent leaver of Sky. I cancelled my contract on the 2nd April 2026. I am currently waiting for the return packages too be delivered. When I terminated my contract I made a payment of £390 (as an early leave) I was then informed that a further payment of £463.96 would be needed to but as I've looked at my bill this month is only showing £78 and next month's prediction is -£46 so I'm really confused.

I've looked at all the links regarding the 'help and support' and I've tried the vitural chat but nothing is helping me. I just need to know if I'm paying the £463 or the £78 as I need too know if I have the spare or not for other finances.

If it is showing a £78 then that might be your usual billing amount so it might not have yet applied  any termination charges onto your account so can you see any other bills after the -£46 one ?

What services did you have with Sky and were you in their minimum term of a contract with them all ?
