Dystopian nightmare

A conversation with the Sky chat bot and associated teams led me to hang up in frustartion. Abdula dn Nikita excelled themseslves at misunderstanding my questions and concerns. Apparently an email confirminga  contract is also an agreement and a button pressed on the TV to renew the contract by my 6 year old is a binding agreement to shell out an inordinate amout of money and to not expect a refund. To top it all off when I asked to 'speak' to someone I was told by the computer chat that I was 'speaking to someone. I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager but no luck. 2 Hours of my life I wont get back and no refund. Sky is designed to take your money and make any attempt at recourse so difficult that you give up. All to line the pockets of Comcast CEOs.

To speak to someone try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line as this might then get you through to someone.

Managers in the call centres tend to be there to supervise and support the agents based there and are not known for being customer facing.
